Founded in 1957 by, sole practitioner, Kenneth Wakefield, the practice has grown and developed, over the intervening years, into a Building Surveying and Valuation partnership, offering expert property advice throughout Tyne & Wear, Northumberland and County Durham, including Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, Sunderland and the Tyne Valley.
